For more than 20 years we've worked in the flooring trade — in warehouses, on job sites and in the homes of thousands of Australian families. We started Wholesale Floors Australia for one simple reason: everyone deserves a floor they'll love to come home to, without paying retail prices for it.
A floor is more than a surface. It's the first thing your toddler crawls across, the spot by the door where the dog waits, the warmth under your feet on a winter morning. It's the backdrop to every dinner, every Christmas, every quiet evening in. Get it right and your whole home feels like yours.
After two decades supplying and installing the very same ranges stocked by the big retail showrooms, we saw the same thing over and over — beautiful floors marked up two and three times over by the time they reached the customer. We knew there was a better way.
So we went direct. No glossy showrooms, no commissioned sales floor, no middlemen — just quality flooring bought in volume and passed to you at genuine wholesale prices. How we work
How our prices work
Every price on the site is live and comes straight from our current supplier price lists, with one fixed wholesale margin applied across the whole catalogue — no inflated 'was' prices and no fake sales. Prices are per m² (or per box) and include GST. Freight is calculated by weight and shown before you pay.
Where our floors come from
We supply established brands and ranges — Clever Choice, Preference Floors, Quick-Step, AST Timbers and Kaiming Tiles — plus the matching underlay, scotia, trims and adhesive. Specs such as thickness, wear layer, AC and slip ratings and warranty are taken from the manufacturers' data sheets.
How you pay — and when you're charged
Checkout runs on Stripe. Your card is only authorised when you order; we confirm stock and exact freight first and only then capture the payment, normally within 48 hours. If anything changes we contact you before charging, and an uncaptured authorisation simply drops off.
Who writes our guides
Our buying guides, comparison pages and area pages are written and fact-checked by the WFA flooring team using the specs of the products we actually sell. We update them when ranges or prices change, and we never accept payment for recommendations.
Our review policy
Only customers with a real WFA order can leave a review, via a private link sent after delivery. We publish genuine reviews — good or bad — and never edit their ratings.
