Flooring is heavy freight, so we price delivery by weight using our carrier's rates (including fuel levy and GST). Prices below are the minimum per delivery — your final freight is confirmed within 48 hours before any payment is captured.

In-house stock vs made-to-order
Most timber, hybrid, laminate and vinyl ships in 1–3 days. Stone and mosaic lines are made-to-order with 7–14 day lead times, clearly flagged on each product.
Pallet & courier freight
Full-pallet orders are delivered kerbside by tail-lift truck. Smaller orders and ancillaries ship by courier. Please have help on hand to move heavy pallets.
Damage & claims
Inspect on delivery and note any damage on the consignment. Report transit damage within 48 hours with photos so we can arrange replacement under our delivery T&Cs.
