When is my card actually charged?

Never at checkout. We place a temporary authorisation only, then confirm stock and freight within 48 hours and capture payment. If anything's unavailable we void the hold — you're never charged for something we can't ship.

What warranty do the floors come with?

Our floors carry manufacturer warranties from 15 to 25 years for residential use (see each product's specs). Engineered timber can also be sanded and re-coated, extending its life for decades.

How do I know how much to order?

Every flooring product has a coverage calculator. Enter your room's m², choose a waste allowance (10% is standard), and we round up to whole boxes automatically so you order exactly the right amount.

How much is delivery?

Freight is zone-based (Sydney Metro, Hunter, Southern Highlands, Interstate) and shown at checkout. Depot pickup from Holroyd is also available.

What if it's damaged in transit?

Inspect on delivery and note any damage on the consignment. Report transit damage within 48 hours with photos and we'll arrange a replacement under our delivery T&Cs.

Are these really trade prices?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We're a direct-to-consumer wholesaler — no showroom markup. You buy the same product builders do, delivered to your door.

Do you price match?

Accepted Answer

We'll beat any genuine written quote on a like-for-like floor. Use the Price Match / quote upload on any product page — send us the competing quote and we'll come back with a better price.

How can your prices be so much lower than retail?

Accepted Answer

We have 20+ years in the flooring trade and buy premium ranges in volume. Because we're online-only with no showrooms or commissioned sales floor, there's no retail markup to pass on — so you pay the wholesale price, often up to 40% below retail.

Where do you deliver, and can I pick up?

We deliver Australia-wide with zone-based freight shown at checkout. Pickup from our Holroyd NSW depot is also available if you prefer.

Do you offer free samples?

Not at this stage. Every floor has large, true-to-colour swatch photography and full specifications online so you can order with confidence, and our team is happy to help by email if you're deciding between options.

What's your returns policy?

Accepted Answer

We don't currently accept change-of-mind returns, so we recommend ordering a little extra for waste and future repairs (our coverage calculator does this for you). Faulty or transit-damaged goods are always covered — report within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right.

Over 800 floors across four categories: engineered timber (real oak veneer), 100% waterproof hybrid, hard-wearing laminate, and luxury vinyl plank — in herringbone, chevron and classic plank formats and every tone from whitewashed to charcoal.
