Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed with Wholesale Floors Australia ("WFA", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. "From" prices shown online are a per-square-metre guide; your final price depends on the quantity (sold by the box) and the freight to your delivery zone, shown at checkout.

We take care to price accurately, but if a genuine pricing error occurs we will contact you before capturing payment and you may confirm or cancel the order.

When you check out, we authorise your card for the order total — no money is taken yet. Within 48 hours we confirm stock and exact freight, then capture payment and your order is confirmed. If an item is unavailable or freight cannot be fulfilled, we release the authorisation and no charge is made. A contract of sale is formed only when we capture payment.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe and supports cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. By checking out you authorise us to capture the authorised amount once your order is confirmed.

We deliver Australia-wide using weight-based freight shown at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates. You may also collect your order free of charge from our Holroyd NSW 2142 depot once it is confirmed — we will advise when it is ready.

Please inspect your delivery on arrival and report any transit damage to us promptly (see our Returns & Refunds policy).

Timber, hybrid and laminate flooring are natural or printed products; colour, grain and shade vary between batches and from on-screen images. We recommend ordering a sample and buying all boxes for a project in one order to keep batches consistent. We include a recommended waste allowance in the coverage calculator.

WFA is an independent reseller. To offer trade pricing, we sell products under our own WFA range and colour names. Products are supplied by our manufacturing partners and are delivered in the manufacturer's original packaging, which may show a different brand, range or product name to the one shown on our website. The product supplied will match the colour, size and specification of the item you ordered. Your order confirmation lists the manufacturer's product code for each item so you can match it to the carton labels. A difference in brand or product name on the packaging is not, by itself, a defect or grounds for a change-of-mind return.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. See our Returns & Refunds policy for how to make a claim.
