Delivery to Canberra & the ACT — How It Works

We deliver to Canberra and across the ACT via our freight carrier. Shipping is weight-based and calculated live at checkout using your postcode, so you always see the exact cost before committing. The minimum delivered charge is $97.14 (incl. fuel levy and GST). As a guide, around 30 m² of hybrid flooring weighing approximately 380 kg runs to about $197 delivered. Canberra is around 280 km from our Holroyd depot, so estimated delivery times are typically in the interstate window of 4–7 business days.

Because Canberra is well beyond our 60 km click-and-collect radius, pickup from our Holroyd depot (24-27 Crescent Street, Holroyd NSW 2142, Mon–Fri 8am–4pm) is not the most practical option for most ACT customers — though some people passing through western Sydney are welcome to collect.
