How delivery & payment work at WFA

Quick answer
At checkout your card is only authorised, not charged. Within 48 hours we confirm stock and the exact freight for your address, then charge the card — if anything changes, we contact you first. Delivery is by truck to your kerb: freight is priced by weight from $97.14 delivered (including fuel levy and GST) — Sydney Metro & Newcastle 1–3 business days, interstate 4–7 business days. Depot pickup in Holroyd is also available.

We check stock and book the exact freight for your address and access.

Card charged & dispatched
Once confirmed we charge your card and email your delivery details. If we can't supply, the hold is released.
Delivery tips
Deliveries are kerbside by truck, often with a tail-lift. Tell us at checkout about stairs, steep driveways or narrow streets so we book the right vehicle. Someone should be home to receive the goods.
